Traits

Echolocation. Due to the high pitched squeaks and chirps, magical darkness doesn't impede the vuidra's darkvision.

Magic Resistance. The vuidra has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects due to their infusion of elemental magics into their fur.

Actions

Caustic Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Invisibility. The vuidra magically turns invisible until it attacks or until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the vuidra wears or carries is invisible with it. When it disappears or reappears it appears to liquify into water before winking out.

Description

The Vuidra is an otter-like beast which has mingled with the elemental waters of their home, which has mutated them to be able to breathe water and has gifted them fishlike tails for speed. Their fur consists of various shades of blue on their top half, noses, and around their eyes, and their lower half is white.  Their long necks have short manes of thick fur for the males, which serves to protect them from other males during mating season.

They subsist on the extremely hardened shellfish of their deep home waters, relying on their acidic bite to break the shells down before they can crush through to the creatures within. Vuidra prefer to make their homes in the caverns along the shorelines or on top of or deep within the icebergs and glaciers.
