Charge. If the battlesphere moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a crush attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 14 (4d6) bludgeoning damage and must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Magic Resistance. The battlesphere has advantage on saving throws against magic.
Momentum. If the battlesphere moves at least 30 feet in a straight line, it can take the Dash action as a bonus action on its next turn, provided that it continues to move in a straight line.
Crush. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (6d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Missile. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 200 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d8 + 1) bludgeoning damage plus 14 (4d6) fire damage. After the battlesphere uses this attack, roll a d4. On a 1, the battlesphere has no more missiles to launch.
Rolling Destruction (Recharge 5-6). The battlesphere moves up to its speed in a straight line. During this movement, the battlesphere can move trough medium or smaller creatures' space and doesn't cause opportunity attacks. Each creature in a space that the battlesphere moves through must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 35 (10d6) bludgeoning damage and being pushed up to 20 feet away from the battlesphere on a failed save, half that amount and not being pushed on a successful one.
Description
First created by Gnomish inventor Jetix Devol as a sentinel to guard narrow passages, the battlesphere was gradually modified and augmented to serve as an attacker and eventually a siege engine when the patent was purchased by one Dwarven warlord. The battlesphere is a giant sphere of metal, typically made from bronze, which can shoot jets of steam from exhaust pipes in key points on its surface to speed up or slow down. A battlesphere possesses a special hatch on its side, which it can open to reveal a launcher barrel from which it hurls shells that explode in a burst of flame upon landing. A battlesphere is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield due to its sheer destructive potential and ability to communicate with constructs around it to organize coordinated attacks.
