2nd level (4 Slots): Burning Hands, Continual Flame, Dragon's Breath, Scorching Ray

3rd Level (3 Slots): Fireball

4th Level (2 Slots): Fire Shield, Wall of Fire

Kossuth's Avatar gets Three Attacks per Action.

Flaming Greatsword: +16 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6d6+6 Slashing/Piercing damage and 1d10 Fire Damage.

Igneous Spear: +14 to hit, range 90/120 ft., 1 Target. Hit: 4d6+4 Piercing Damage.

(Costs 2 Attacks) Magma Meteor: +14 to hit, Range 30 feet., 1 Target. Hit 4d10+4 Bludgeoning Damage.

Eruption: (Can only be used once per long rest.) The Avatar of Kossuth erupts sending magma, boulders, and smoke billowing into the air. All combatants within 200 feet make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 18) or take 8d6+7 Bludgeoning damage and are knocked Prone.

1st Level: Hellish Rebuke.
