Reactive. The Anka can take one reaction on every turn in a combat.
Growth. This is the end of the evolution. This monster is a stage three.
Spider Climb. The Anka can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.
Web Walker. The Anka ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.
Multi-attack. The Anka makes three attacks; two with its impaling claw and one it's vampiric bite.
Impaling Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) [piercing] damage, if the target takes 14 damage or more from this attack the Anka can impale the target, grappling and restraining them with their claw, the creature can make a DC 18 strength check on its turn to attempt to escape. While impaled this way the Anka can sacrifice one of its attacks to automatically deal damage to the target it is holding and deal 28 (8d6) [acid] damage.
Vampiric Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5t., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) [piercing] damage plus 14 (4d6) [necrotic] damage. The target's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the necrotic damage taken, and the vampire regains hit points equal to that amount. The reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0. If a creature dies by this effect they are implanted with larvae.
Web Spit (Recharge 5-6). The Anka as a bonus action can pick a singular creature within15ft, that creature must make a DC 18 dexterity save or become restrained by webs sprayed from it's mouth.
Human Shield. If the Anka is grappling a target and an attack is made against it, it can force the creature that it is grappling to take the attack for it.
