Traits

Unrelenting Drive. If Vorran is suffering a negative condition that isn't exhaustion at the start of his turn, he may choose to purge it. If he does this two turns in a row, he gains a level of exhaustion.

Axe of Expunging. Vorran wields the Axe of Expunging, which an item that breaks down all magic that tries to bar its way. Any magical barrier that Vorran attacks is instantly disintegrated, and targets of Vorran's axe do not gain any benefits from magic in regards to whether they are hit or not.

Draconic Aura. Creatures within 30ft of Vorran at the start of their turn must succeed a Wisdom Saving throw (DC 19) or become frightened. They may retry the save at the end of their turn. Once a creature succeeds against this effect, it is immune to it for 24 hours. Vorran can suppress this aura at will.

Actions

Multiattack. Vorran makes 3 greataxe attacks.

Axe of Expunging. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (2d12 + 12) slashing damage. Targets of this attack gain no benefits from magic to avoid the attack: AC, disadvantage, or otherwise. If targeting a barrier created by magic, it is instantly destroyed.

Bifrost (Recharge 5-6). Voran fires two streams of breath energy in a parting helix. Vorran chooses a point within 60ft and another point within 30ft of that, creating a line between the two points. He does that for each stream, and the streams can only overlap in a single square. Targets in the area of a stream make a Dexterity save, taking 38 (7d10) cold damage on a failure, half on a success. If the target lies on the intersection of the streams, it must make the save twice.

Bonus Actions

Rage.  Vorran chooses to enter a state of rage. During this time, he has advantage on all attack rolls, and attacks against him have advantage. He has resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage, and becomes immune to the charmed or frightened conditions. This state ends early at the end of his turn if he hasn't attacked or taken damage since last turn.

Reactions

Retaliation. After Vorran is hit by an attack, he makes a melee attack against the attacker if they are within range.
