Accursed Sight. Augustine can see as though he has darkvision.  He also cannot be blinded.

Accursed Mind. Augustine can tell if you are lying, also can tell if his mind is being read.

Accursed Form. Upon entering accursed form, all creatures including himself within 20 feet must make a dexterity DC 15 or take 1d10 necrotic. half the afflicted damage accumulated from all creatures (including augustine) is added as temporary HP at the beginning of initiative.  Speed is increased by 10ft as two black feathered wings protrude from his back, and gains +5 initiative.

Life Siphon. As a bonus action, Augustine touches two creatures within melee range and deals either 1d10 necrotic or casts 1d10 of healing per hand. Augustine can target himself.

Harsh Divine Light. As an action, Augustine uses his holy staff to target an area of 10 cubic feet, up to 60 feet away. Until the end of his next turn, those creatures take an additional 1d6 of radiant damage from all spell attacks.

Abyssal Surge. As an action, Augustine lets his anger out and releases a nova of necrotic power.  all creatures including himself within 20 feet must make a dex DC 15 or take 1d10 necrotic. He heals for half the amount of damage received from all creatures including himself.  He must finish a long rest before using this again.

Cleric and Wizard Spells At DM's Discretion.

Corrupted Grasp. As a reaction, if a target within 5 feet of you activates a disengage action or uses a movement action before hitting you, you may grab the target and deal 1d10 necrotic damage. He heals for half this amount.
