Antimagic Susceptibility. The animated grass gargoyle is considered incapacitated when under the effects of an antimagic field spell. When targeted by a dispel magic spell it has to make a saving throw against the caster's spell save DC or be Stunned until the end of its next turn.
False Appearance. While the gargoyle remains motionless it is indistinguishable from a regular garden accessory.
Plantlike Nature. The animated grass gargoyle can be treated as both a Plant and a Construct for resolving any effects such as spells, feats, abilities, ...
Multiattack. The gargoyle makes two melee attacks.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d8 + 5) slashing damage.
Thistle Launcher. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 15/45 ft., one target. Hit 1d8 + 4 piercing damage, 1d10 poison damage.
Allergic Reaction. When the animated grass gargoyle is targeted by any melee attack they can choose to use their reaction to release a cloud of spores to irritate their attacker and reduce the result of their attack roll by 3d4.
Description
A neatly sculptured garden ornament that can take a variety of forms, but almost always resembles a large bat, winged dog, ... some kind of winged creature of medium size. They seem to enjoy when their owners trim them but really dislike when any uninvited guests attempt to do so...
