Ar'Kius Rooksbane (Rogue)

Sneak Attack: Once per turn, Ar'Kius can deal an extra 6 (2d6) damage to one creature he hits with an attack if he has advantage on the attack roll or his target has another enemy within 5 ft. of it that is not incapacitated as long as Ar'Kius does not have disadvantage. The attack must use a finesse or a ranged weapon.

Silent as the Grave: Ar'Kius has expertise in Stealth.

Fey Ancestry: You have advantage on saving throws you make to avoid or end the charmed condition on yourself.

Special Equipment: Ar'Kius is in possession of a magic shortbow, called Frostblood, and a magic dagger called Wildkard. (The stats for these magic items can be found in the homebrew section).

Multiattack: Ar'Kius makes 2 Frostblood attacks or 2 Wildkard attacks.

Frostblood (Magic Shortbow): Ranged Weapon Attack +6 to hit, reach 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) Piercing damage and 4 (1d8) Cold damage.

Wildkard (Magic Dagger): Melee Weapon Attack +6 to hit, reach 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) Piercing damage. This weapon automatically crits on a 19 or 20 and automatically fails on a 1 or a 2. 

Blessing of the Raven Queen: 2/day Ar'Kius can magically teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space he can see. He regains all expended uses when he finish a long rest. He also gains resistance to all damage when he teleports using this trait. The resistance lasts until the start of he next turn. During that time, he appear ghostly and translucent.

Dagger (Offhand): Melee Weapon Attack +6 to hit, reach 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) Piercing damage.
