Persisting spirit
If the wendigo is killed it's spirit will find the nearest wounded wendigo and merge with them restoring 2d6 hit points 

Cursed Regeneration 
The wendigo recovers 5 hit points at the start of it's turn. If the wendigo takes fire damage this trait is disabled until the end of it's next turn.

Fire weakness
If the wendigo takes fire damage it's resistance to piercing, slashing and bludgeoning damage from non magical attacks is disabled until the end of it's next turn.

Natural Winter Stealth:
Within snowy areas the wendigo has advantage to stealth rolls however it has disatvantage everywhere else
 
Actions
Multiattack. 

The Wendigo makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws.

Primal Bite. 

Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) magical piercing damage.

The wendigo recovers hit points equal to half of the damage caused by the attack. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 7) or become affected by the wendigo curse for the next 30 days. A humanoid affected by the curse will become a wendigo over the period of 14 days after ingesting the meat of another humanoid. A remove curse spell can end this effect or stop the transformation before it's final day.

Claws. 

Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) slashing damage.

Description

Appearence: 
A tall humanoid creature with a human bald looking head it's skin thick and tough enough to shake off most damage white pigmented , it's legs and arms are elongated with sharp claws on it's hands it's eyes pure white they have no notable features to tell them apart.

Packs: 
Wendigo usually form packs of 5 (2d4) if the number ever drops below half of their usual amount they'll try to kidnap humanoids and turn them into wendigo to join their pack. Note they may also do this if said humanoid was a hard prey

Curse: 
The curse forever keeps wendigo starving making them crave humanoid flesh yet when it reaches their throat it disintergrates into nothingness driving them insane the hunger only growing every single day. Yet they cannot die forced to starve until they are put to rest by dispel curse as even killing them will simply make their spirit move into another wendigo.
