Human Soul and Black Bear Bod. The black parade is an army of Black Bears controlled by Human souls meaning they are technically dead and can't be poisoned, rendered unconscious or be hurt with necrotic damage however they are vulnerable to radiant damage as it makes them decompose.
Bait Form. If there is a bear with the soul of a child controlling it it will be sent out as bait to bring people in closer they won't have armor or weapons they'll just be a black bear who seems very friendly.
Skinny Bear. The skinny bears in the pack will have the souls of former archers and will be the only ones with bows.
Army. The Black Parade comes in groups of 10-15.

Great Sword (Normal Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 8 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (2d6+7) [slashing] damage.
Long-Bow (Skinny Bear Only). Ranged Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, range 150/600 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d8+2) [piercing] damage.
Friendly Crush (Bait Form Only). Melee Attack: +7 to hit, reach self, 1 target. Hit: 25 (4d8+7) [force] damage.
