Souls Of The Willfully Corrupt. Whenever Valrar, The Uncorrupted kills a creature that has committed sins without demon influence, increase all spell level's by one, this can grow past 9th level spells.
Growing Power. Whenever Valrar, The Uncorrupted is outside of his lair, every spell starts at it's weakest spell slot level, every time Souls Of The Willfully Corrupt is activated the spell level's grow by one until he returns to his lair, this can grow past 9th level spells.
Powerful Caster. Valrar, The Uncorrupted has a list of spells that he can cast as an action and ones he can cast as a bonus action. Any spell that he would cast that requires concentration he doesn't need to concentrate

Void Bubble. If an attack would bring Valrar, The Uncorrupted to less than 100 hp he can spend a reaction slot to enter a void bubble, He becomes immune to every damage type for 5 rounds, after 5 rounds he goes back up to full hp, he also regains any uses of limited spells he spent in this combat
As the power of the Valrar, The Uncorrupted grows, so does the legendary action's Valrar, The Uncorrupted can take and how many he has unlocked, Every time soul's of the willfully corrupt is activated, The total amount of legendary actions Valrar, The Uncorrupted is increased by one. this maxes out at 5.
Control The Sins (Always Unlocked) (Costs 1 Actions). Whenever a creature misses Valrar, The Uncorrupted, he can spend a legendary action to redirect the hit to another creature within range, the creature automatically hits the new target, if the target rolled a nat 1. the redirection is a critical hit.
The maximum power of Valrar, The Uncorrupted is unknown at this point, However we can only assume, Valrar, The Uncorrupted has only one Mythic action, Valrar, The Uncorrupted starts off with 5 mythic action points and Valrar, The Uncorrupted gains one for every use of Souls of the willfully corrupted is activated, he gains another point, Once he gets 100 total points he's can use his ability
Summon Home Plane (Costs 100 Actions). You summon you're home plane, You create a 1000 ft by 1000 ft area, this area is considered your lair, for every effect that would reduce Valrar, The Uncorrupted's power when he is ignored. Only 5 uses of the wish spell can end this effect or if Valrar, The Uncorrupted's sister Rhasah, The Corrupted. enters the area and kills Rhasah, The Corrupted.
Description
This towering behemoth is 100 feet tall, With no skin and pure black muscles that pulse all around it's body, a goat skull for a head. The horns towering at a staggering 20 feet tall itself, there appears to be no organs or blood, only darkness. whenever you look at this creature you begin to experience pain as you feel all the wrongs you committed in your life flash before your eyes, however this time you are in the prespective of the person you are committing these crimes to. Any cleric can roll a religion check, If they beat a dc of 27 they can figure out that this is Valrar, The Uncorrupted, the brother of Rhasah, The Corrupted. They also learn he was betrayed by his brother and he was turned into a fiend, while his sister was allowed to be a celestial even tho the roles should of been reversed.
Lair and Lair Actions
Valrar, The Uncorrupted's lair is a plane of existence, it looks like a prison, while inside the plane you hear the screams of the tortured, however when you see where the screams are coming from they seem perfectly happy.
Regional Effects
Whenever Valrar, The Uncorrupted's lair's is summoned to another plane the area starts to form a giant prison, whenever this prison is summoned into a plane other than Valrar, The Uncorrupted's home plane the area becomes a literal gateway to heaven, hell and limbo. However any creature Valrar, The Uncorrupted doesn't authorize into the area that is a celestial or fiend become under these effects
- The creature starts to feel massively different, their alignment permantly changes to lawful good.
- Whenever a celestial enters the area they are punished for the betrayal of Valrar, The Uncorrupted sister.
