Traits

Insidious Spell. When you cast a witch spell that affects a creature that is under the effect of your hex, that creature has disadvantage on its first saving throw against the spell. This feature only applies to a hostile creature which is the sole target of your hex.

Dying Curse. When a creature kills you, you can lay a nefarious curse upon them. The creature is cursed for up to 24 hours. While cursed, the creature has disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws. If you regain consciousness or the creature is targeted by the remove curse spell, the curse ends at the end of the creature’s next turn.

Spellcasting. Anna Krezkova is a 8-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). Anna Krezkova has following sorcerer spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Toll the Dead, Eldritch Blast, Mind Sliver, Infestation, Chill Touch
1st level (4 slots): Burning Hands, Witch Bolt, Shield, Chromatic Orb

2nd level (3 slots): Hold Person, Tasha's Mind Whip, Suggestion

3rd level (3 slots): Counterspell, Lightning Bolt, Slow

4th level (2 slots): Greater Invisibility, Dimension Door

Actions

Hobble. As a bonus action, choose one creature you can see within 60 feet of you to make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the creature’s movement speed is reduced to 10 feet until the end of your next turn. If the creature is flying, it falls.

Fortune. As an action, choose one friendly creature other than yourself you can see within 60 feet. The creature has advantage on saving throws until the end of your next turn.

Tremors. As a bonus action, you can create a small quake. Each creature on the ground within 10 feet of you must succeed a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.

Slur.  As a bonus action, choose one creature you can see within 60 feet to make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the creature can’t speak coherently until the end of your next turn. If the creature attempts to cast a spell that requires a verbal component, it must roll a d20. On an odd roll, the casting fails.

Metamagic As a sorcerer, Anna Krezkova has access to the following metamagic abilities. She has 8 sorcery points at the start of combat.

Heightened Spell.  When you cast a spell that forces a creature to make a saving throw to resist its effects, you can spend 3 sorcery points to give one target of the spell disadvantage on its first saving throw made against the spell.

Twinned Spell.  When you cast a spell that targets only one creature and doesn’t have a range of self, you can spend a number of sorcery points equal to the spell’s level to target a second creature in range with the same spell (1 sorcery point if the spell is a cantrip).
