Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Arcanus fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
Mental Defense. While Arcanus is wearing no armor, its AC includes its Intelligence modifier.
Multiattack. Arcanus makes two claw attacks and one bite attack
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 17). Arcanus has two claws, each of which can grapple only one target.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage.
Heat Breath (Recharge 6). Arcanus exhales a wave of intense heat in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Metal objects in that area glow red-hot until the end of the dragonborn’s next turn. Any creature in physical contact with a heated object at the start of its turn must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 9 (2d8) fire damage and has disadvantage on attack rolls until the start of its next turn.
Preservation Protocol. Call 1d3 Preserver Drones, the act at the end of the turn.
Intercept Protocol. When Arcanus is targeted by a ranged attack, he can use a reaction to move a Preserver Drone within 30ft, to any point between he and the attacker within range. The Drone then becomes the new target of the attack. If Arcanus is currently grappling an enemy, he may throw that enemy instead, following the same rules as moving the Preserver Drone. The Enemy becomes the new target.
Guardian Protocol. Preserver Drones in the combat may immediately move to a space adjacent to Arcanus.
Targeting Protocol. Preserver Drones select a target. Their next attack against that target is rolled with advantage.
Gambit Protocol. Preserver Drones in the combat may immediately initiate Self Destruct Sequence.
