Anastasia The God’s Arrow

Divine Awareness. Anastasia knows if she hears a lie.

Hunter’s Edge. Once per turn, when Anastasia or her double makes a successful God’s Arrow attack, she can force a DC 23 Strength saving throw. On a fail, the target is briefly bound in a holy ring and falls prone.

Innate Spellcasting. Anastasia's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 23). She can innately cast the following spells, at their base level, requiring no material components:

At will: detect thoughts, misty step, unseen servant 

3/day each: counterspell, invisibility (self only)

1/day each: conjure celestial, teleport

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Anastasia fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Anastasia has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magical Weapons. Anastasia's and her double's weapon attacks count as magical.

Multiattack. Anastasia makes a total of two attacks with Bow's Scimitars or God's Arrow in any variation.

Bow's Scimitars. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (1d8 + 8) piercing damage. Additionally, the target takes 14 (4d6) radiant damage. 

God's Arrow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, range 200/800 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (1d10 + 8) piercing damage. Additionally, the target takes 14 (4d6) radiant damage. 

Last Arrow (Recharge 5–6). Anastasia releases a godly arrow that burns with radiant gold, it travels in a 90-­foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw, taking 77 (14d10) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Conjure Double. Anastasia can conjure a humanoid within 60 ft. of her. The double may look like anyone, wearing any clothes, and may appear in a location that she can see or has seen before. The double has an AC of 17 and HP of 24. Anastasia and the double share a turn. The double may take on different clothes that Anastasia can choose to behave as expected or not (ex: heavy armor causing disadvantage on stealth). This choice can be maid at any point.

Double Attack. The double makes any attack action available to Anastasia.

Nimble Escape. The goblin can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.

Shapeshift. Anastasia can take on the apperance of any humanoid, changing her gender, race, voice, and clothes via transmutation magic that is momentaral. 

Swap Double. When Anastasia is threatened, she can mentally swap places with her double. Both maintain their appearance but switching statistics.

Anastasia can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Anastasia regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Attack. Anastasia or her double makes an attack with Bow's Scimitars or God's Arrow.

Conjure Double. Anastasia uses her Conjure Double ability.

Misty Step. Anastasia uses misty step.
