Hold Breath. The crocodile can hold its breath for 15 minutes.
Blister Burst. The blisters explode when it drops to 0 hit points. Each creature within 20 feet of it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 10 (3d6) poison damage and gain a long term madness effect. Creatures immune to the poisoned condition are immune to this disease.
Disease invade an infected creature's system, poisoning the creature for a number of hours equal to 1d12-the creature's Constitution modifier, unless the disease is removed.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 2) piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 12). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the crocodile can't bite another target.
Blister Pop. When hit the croc can use a reaction to inflict 1 point of poison damage and force the attacker to make a DC 13 con save or gain a short term madness effect
