Rock. RangedWeapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 70/360 ft., One target. Hit: 46 (3d12 + 35) Bludgeoning damage. The target must make a DC 19 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and then if it is knocked prone it must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw or be blinded.
Fire Breath ( Recharge 6) The Waste Walker exhales a gout of fire in a 30 ft cone. Ant creature in that cone must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or take 110 (9d12+56) fire damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.
Grab. Instead of making an opportunity attack the Waste Walker can grapple a creature within range (Escape DC 20).
