Keen Smell. Advantage on Perception Checks that rely on smell.
Movement. Ants can travel about 3 inches per second. That's 180 inches per minute, or 15ft. To keep things simple that means you must spend 3 rounds to travel 5ft, or 9 rounds to travel 15 at your normal speed. Using the dash action each round will take one round off that distance needed. Example: Round 1- you travel 1/3 of 5ft. You use the dash action that same round. You have now traveled 2/3 of 5ft in one turn. That means Round 2 using just your movement you have now moved 5ft.
Shared Space: You can share the 5ft space with any other creature. If a creature enters or leaves your space (5ft square) and you are not protected by a crack in the floor or anything of the liking roll 1d100. If the dice lands on a 1 or 100 you are stepped on taking 1 point damage.
Bite. Attack 1d20, on a hit the target takes 1 point of piercing damage.
