Supreme Sneak. The diplomat has advantage of Stealth checks.
Sneak Attack (1/Turn). The diplomat deals an extra 21 (7d6) damage when it hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of the envoy that isn't incapacitated and the envoy doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Reliable Talent. When the diplomat makes a skill check that it's proficient with, it can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Integrated Tool: Thieves' Tools (+13). The diplomat has thieves' tools integrated within it's body. It's proficiency with these tools is doubled.
Use Magic Device. The diplomat ignores all class, race, and level requirements when using/attuning to magic items.

Integrated Hand Crossbow, +1. Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.
Protection. When an attacker the warforged can see makes an attack roll against a creature within 5 feet of the warforged, the warforged can impose disadvantage on the attack roll.

Distinguished diplomats usually have a precious magic item attuned to them (something that is used as a symbol of social status among other warforged diplomats).
