the wast colony builds a large nest called a "Hove" this hove is were a very potent dangerous and as such sought for fey fluid is found thought it is possible to get the fluid peacefully many will resort to stealing the fluid for no necessary reason . this same fluid is described as having a rapidly changing color and being of a thick sappy structure.

the hove will usually house 20-30 Wast within it though there are noted to be more in one located in the fey wilds to which the Wast is native.

The nutrients the wast collect for the fluid they produce is fond in a mosaic tree called the "Wast Willow" though smaller amounts of the same nutrient can also be collected from the "olive pine" found in may forest inland.

the Wast Hove are often found in an around mountain cliffs, as well as on top of large hills when one is not available.

their are no known predators of the Wast how ever many types of wild life are fond around the hove after failing to steal the fluid made there.
