Quasi-Elemental Form: The entropic nature of a Quasi-Elemental means its interactions with spells leads to chaotic effects. When a spell is cast at a Quasi-Elemental the caster must make a DC 14 intelligence check, on a failed save all creatures within 60ft of the Quasi-Elemental gain vulnerability to its damage type on a spell that requires a roll to hit, or disadvantage on a saving throw type the spell used.
Planar Body. A Vacuum elemental is comprised of a potent mix of elements that cause its body to pull matter towards it and be destroyed. Any creature, item, or building (that is unattached to another building or is comprised of a light weight material such as mud or wood) is dragged 5ft towards the Vacuum elemental a turn, a creature can resist this with a DC 15 strength check. If a creature, item, or building ends its turn in the same space as the Vacuum elemental it takes 25 (4d10+5) force damage and is then hurled 100ft in a random direction.
Multiattack. The Quasi-elemental makes two Slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Crushing Reaction: If the Vacuum elemental effected a creature last turn with its Planar body ability after having been in the same space as the Vacuum elemental any slam attacks the Quasi-elemental makes deal full damage instead of rolling their damage dice.
