Flaming outburst: Whe at 2/3 health Valdori bursts into a ball of Violet flames. all creatures within 10ft of Valdori need to make a DC16 dex save. on a fail they take 2d10+2 Cold damage on save half as much. Valdori changes form and deals an extra d4 cold damage on each hit.

Tundra storm. A heavy storm picks up making everything within 60ft. difficult terrain (valdori is not effected by this terrain) every creature other than valdori must make a DC15 con save every round in the storm on fail take 2d4 cold damage half as much on succes. (lasts 1 minute)

(3/day) Dark Snow: dark violet snow falls from the sky. all creatures within a 30ft. radius must make a DC14 Dex save or take 2d8 necrotic damage and a DC16 Con save or be patrified until the end of their next turn. each consecutive round a creature is within range of Dark snow get a -2 on each conecutive dex saving thow on the start of their turn. (lasts for 3 rounds)

freezing gaze: target creature within sight must make a DC16 Con save or be patrified for 2 rounds of combat

Frost shield: raises Valdori's AC 1+ the amount of creatures within 5ft.
