Bishop of Pudicium

Devotion of Light. The clergy of Pudicium have advantage on Charisma checks and Saves.

Guided Strike (1/Day). When the clergy makes an attack roll, they can call upon the powers of Pudicium to gain a +10 bonus to the roll.

Spellcasting. The Bishop is a 13th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). The Bishop has following cleric spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): green flame blade, produce flame, prestidigitation, light,  shillelagh
1st level (4 slots):inflict wounds, shield of faith, healing word, divine favor
2nd level (3 slots):spiritual weapon, magic weapon, silence
3rd level (3 slots):crusaders mantle, spirit guardians, daylight
4th level (3 slots):stoneskin, guardian of faith
5th level (2 slots):dawn, flame strike
6th level (1 slots):harm
7th level (1 slots):symbol

Multiattack. The clergy makes two attacks with their shortsword

Shortsword. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6+1) slashing damage plus 4 (1d8) fire damage.

Pudicium's Blessing (1/Day). When a creature within 30 feet of the clergy makes an attack roll, the clergy can use a reaction to grant that creature a +10 bonus to the roll. 

Divine Intervention (1/Week). As an action, The Bishop may implore the aid of Pudicium by rolling a percentile dice. On a roll equal to or lower than 13, Pudicium will intervene; the effect equivalent to any cleric spell or cleric domain spell.
