Shell. Melee Weapon Attack: reach 25 ft., one target. Hit: 6d8 bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 20 Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 10 feet away from the Squirtle and knocked prone.
Water gun. The Squirtle Blows forth water in a 40-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking (4d6) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Being underwater grants resistance against this damage.
