Traits

Horror of Spiders (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). If the Aspect of Lolth would be reduced to 0 hit points, her current hit point total instead resets to 300 hit points, she recharges her Web, and she regains any expended uses of Legendary Resistance. Additionally, the Aspect of Lolth can now use the options in the “Mythic Actions” section for 1 hour.

Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If the Aspect fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. The Aspect of Lolth has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Spider Climb. The Aspect of Lolth can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Spellcasting. The Aspect of Lolth casts one of the following spells, requiring no material components and using Wisdom as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 26):

Actions

Multiattack. The Aspect of Lolth makes three attacks: one with her bite and two with her claws. She can then use her Web if it's available.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 26 (4d8 + 8) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 22 Constitution saving throw, taking 32 (5d12) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the target is stable but poisoned for 1 hour, even after regaining hit points, and is paralyzed while poisoned in this way.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 19 (3d6 + 8) slashing damage, and the target must make a DC 22 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the end of their next turn.

Web (Recharge 5–6). The Aspect of Lolth unleashes webbing in a 60-foot cone. Any creature within the cone must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw or be restrained by webbing. As an action, the restrained target can make a DC 24 Strength check, bursting the webbing on a success. The webbing can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 12; hp 50; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage).

Bonus Actions

Teleport Along Strands. The Aspect of Lolth teleports, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying, to an unoccupied space within 5ft. of a target restrained by webbing.

Reactions

Negate Spell (3/Day). When the Aspect of Lolth sees a creature within 60 feet of her casting a spell, she tries to interrupt it. If the creature is casting a spell using a spell slot of 5th level or lower, its spell fails and has no effect. If it is casting a spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, it must succeed on a DC 26 Wisdom saving throw, or the spells fails and has no effect.

Legendary Actions

Claws. The Aspect of Lolth makes one attack with her claws.

Swarm (Costs 2 Actions). The Aspect of Lolth causes four swarms of spiders (see the Monster Manual) to appear in unoccupied spaces within 5 feet of her.

Toxic Pulse (Costs 3 Actions). Each creature poisoned by the Aspect of Lolth's Claws takes 14 (4d6) poison damage, and the Aspect of Lolth gains 10 temporary hit points.

Mythic Actions

Ethereal Guardians (Costs 2 Actions). The Aspect of Lolth causes two phase spiders (see the Monster Manual) to appear in unoccupied spaces within 5 feet of her.

Draining Web (Costs 3 Actions). Each creature restrained by the Aspect of Lolth's Web takes 26 (4d12) poison damage, and must make a DC 26 Constitution saving throw or the target’s concentration on a spell it has cast or an ability it is maintaining ends.

Habitat: Underdark
