Destruction of the Sane. Bane rises from the murky darkened waters waves crashing, but seeming to never touch the creature as the world around it seems to only slow down to near stop as the head travels down to the vessel as the crew and adventurers come face to face with 2 vertical blood red glowing eyes, (DC save 20 if bane of the living successfully snuck up on the party normal save DC is 18) as it lets out a terrible roar that shakes the very ocean causing dismay amongst the living as they all jump ship to only meet their end as they are compelled to go overboard head first into the water below.
Multi Attack. Bane of the living can make 2 attacks one with is tail into a breath attack or two tail attacks.
Tail Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, No Escape., 6 target. Hit: 60 (6d10 + 1) [Bludgeoning] damage. bane of the Living raises its mighty tail from the oceans depths dropping it with authority crushing thos caught in its path. (depending on the size of the vessel this attack will not miss.)
Mortals End. RangedWeapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 120/300 ft., 6 target. Hit: 90 (5d20) [Acid] damage. (can ignore resistances/immunity Dm's descension) Bane of the Living reals its demented shadowed head back as its the a crack forms around the head where the mouth would be forming a demented smirk almost as its bursts open in a nightmarish maw of razor shaped jagged teeth as acid is shoots out its gaping maw in a 15 foot wide beam of acid.
You will join the depths in despair. Bane of the Living as it grows tired of playing with its prey will decide to dive under the roaring waves to do one of two things, to position itself at the bottom of the ocean floor far beneath the boat and and opens its maw creating a mighty crushing vortex dragging the vessel down to its doom, or dives to the bottom of the ocean floor to rapidly rise bashing the vessel thousands of feet into the air to watch it crash into the waves below to devour the remains of the crew or adventurers. (Dm notes: only do if the TPK is inevitable in fight)
Description
Bane of the Living. This creature of unknown origins suddenly appearing in the nine realms as word spread of a huge titan sized monster was terrorizing the oceans where giant oceanic battles took place between pirates and sailors alike or even during massive storms that happen out at sea, many adventurers and people alike sought out to claim the rewards for destroying this monstrous creature but none returned but one unfortunate sailor who survived but soon went mad after being rescued and began rambling of a titan leviathan thats a being darker then the void itself with huge crimson red glowing slits on its head that are described as its eyes two massive horn like protrusions on each side of its head jetting back. Before the man could finish he would only scream out in terror saying he could see it watching him from the docks and took a blade to himself to escape the terror of the oceans.
