Astral Projection.  Beauregard can cast astral projection at will, provided she is in the Chamber of the Bright City.  If she is reduced to zero hit points while under the effects of this spell, her astral self is pulled back to her body ending the animated suspension in the Chamber of the Bright City.

Ki Points.  Beauregard has 20 ki points she can use to fuel various effects.  She can choose from the following options below to spend ki points on.

  • Stunning Strike (1 Ki point).  When Beauregard hits a creature with a melee Monk Strike, she may expend a ki point and force the target of the attack to make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw of be Stunned until the end of Beauregard's next turn.
  • Patient Defense (1 Ki point).  As a bonus action, Beauregard can take the Dodge action.
  • Deflect Missile (1 Ki point).  When Beauregard uses her Deflect Missile reaction and negates the damage to 0, she may expend a ki point to make a ranged Monk Strike attack against the attacker.
  • Empty Body (4 Ki point).  As an action, Beauregard becomes invisible for 1 minute.  During this time, she is resistant to all damage except force.

Evasion.  When Beauregard is subjected to an effect that requires a Dexterity saving throw to only take half damage, she instead takes no damage on a success and half damage if you fail.

Sentinel.  When Beauregard hits a creature with an opportunity attack, the creature's speed becomes 0 for the rest of the turn.  Creatures provoke opportunity attacks from her even if they take the Disengage action before leaving her reach and when a creature makes an attack against a target other than her (and that target doesn't have this feat), she can use her reaction to make a melee Monk Strike attack against the attacking creature.

Stillness of Mind.  Beauregard can use an action to end an effect causing her to be charmed or [Tooltip Not Found].

Unarmored Defense. While Beauregard is wearing no armor and wielding no shield, her AC includes her Wisdom modifier.

Cape of the Mountebank (1/Day).  Beauregard casts the dimension door spell.

Bonus Actions

Step of the Wind (Recharge 4-6).  Beauregard can take the Dash or Disengage.  Her jump distance is doubled until the end of her turn when she uses this bonus action.

Reactions

Deflect Missiles.  When Beauregard is hit by a ranged weapon attack, she can use her reaction to reduce the incoming damage by 1d10+25.

Description

Beauregard is a top-level agent of the Cobalt-Soul.  While within the Chamber of the Bright City, she can astral project herself to different places in Exandria.  This chamber has a small morsel of the Knowing Mentor's divinity and influence.  It is believed this chamber is a small fragment of Hestavar, allowing monks to project themselves back into the material plane without issue.
