Description
Gruumsh armed his children with certain gifts to help them thrive on worlds beset by monsters. Even when an Orc like Ogrul turns their devotion to other gods, they retain the gifts that the One-Eyed God bestowed upon them: might, endurance, determination, and the ability to see in the dark.
Unusual for an Orc, Ogrul is a disciplined monk with extensive training in hand-to-hand combat. While traveling the world seeking enlightenment he found new forms of combat to master. Ogrul has even been a bodyguard, trading his combat prowess and loyalty for food and lodging. He now protects a monastery. Ogrul had devoted himself to service in his temple nestled in a small town. There he performe hallowed rites in honor of his pantheon of gods. Ogrul serves under a priest and studies religion. Thanks to his priest’s instruction and Ogrul’s own devotion, he has also learned how to channel a modicum of divine power in service to his place of worship and the people who prayed there.
Ogrul has adorned himself with tattoos to honor his inspirations and instructors, and to memorialize profound lessons, triumphs, and defeats.
