Traits

Shapechanger. The weregoat can use its action to polymorph into a goat-humanoid hybrid or into a goat, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The weregoat has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Caprine Climbing. The weregoat can climb up any object, even at unnatural angles. This goes as far as 45 feet high while in combat or 112 feet when out of combat.

Actions

Multiattack. (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). The weregoat makes two attacks: two with its spear (humanoid form) or one with its bite and one with its horns (hybrid form).

Bite (Goat or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with weregoat lycanthropy.

Horns. (Hybrid/Goat Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) piercing damage.

Spear (Humanoid Form Only). Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage, or 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.

Charge (Hybrid/Goat Form Only) Dash from up to 55 feet away towards one target, horns are automatically used as a bonus action. Instead of rolling to match or exceed the target's AC, the target must make a saving throw (Dexterity) to dodge, and to succeed you must match 12 or exceed it or else the target takes a critical hit from Horns.

Description

The weregoat is a rare lycanthrope variant, found usually in the mountains or mountain villages. During their rampages, they eat crops and impale villagers and animals with their unnaturally sharp horns.
