Traits

Perpetual Rage: The Aspect of Obsidian is in constant rage; because of this he is resistant to all damage from all sources besides Radiant, psychic, and force. The Aspect has advantage on all saving throws.

Indomitable: The aspect of Obsidian cannot be subdued. His physical form and psyche cannot be altered, unless they will it so. He ignores all rough terrain, and will continue it's pursuit until they are defeated or their task is over.

Death To The Divine: Anytime The Aspect attacks a creature that is devout or in service to any God, Devil, or Demon, they have advantage on the attack roll. When rolling damage for an attack that lands, you forgo rolling dice and instead do the maximum amount of damage.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the creature fails a saving throw, they can choose to succeed instead.

Terrifying Presence: Any creature that starts within 15' of The Aspect must roll a Charisma saving throw, DC19. On a fail, the creature becomes frightened of the Aspect until it's next turn. The creature also takes 1D6 psychic damage.

Unstoppable. Upon reaching Zero hit points, The Aspect of Obsidian continues his assault. It isn't until he fails 3 death saving throws, that he will finally relent. The Aspect has advantage on all Death Saves he makes, and must make one at the start of his turn. This does not negate his action.

Actions

Multi Attack: The creature makes 3 attacks with its Great Axe and/or it's shadow Javelins. Both attacks are considered magical for overcoming resistances.

Greataxe. +12 to hit. 5' Reach. 15 (1D12+9).

Shadow Javelins: The creature conjures a javelin seemingly out of thin air and throws it at a target. 60/180. +12 to hit. 12(1D6+9) piercing damage, and 1d6 necrotic damage.

Reactions

The Aspect can make an attack of Opportunity against any creature that attempts to leave their melee attack range, even if the action would normally not allow for an opportunity attack. On a success, the creature cannot move. Any spell or effect that would allow the creature to teleport away fails, with the spell slot still being used.

Legendary Actions

The Aspect can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Aspect regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Attack: (1 Action) The Aspect makes one melee attack with it's Great Axe.

Shadow Javelin (2 actions): The Aspect makes an attack with it's javelin

Dash: (1 Action) The Aspect can move up to it's full walk speed to any location he so wishes.

Description

Feared amongst the gods, and removed from History, Obsidian's will was so strong that he was able to tether his essence to two of his personal items. His armor, and his axe. The histories behind these items have made it impossible for the Gods to see them, and thus understand them. No divination can be done to find them or to understand them, as they have not history. Left behind in the planes of existence, they found new homes throughout the eons. While never kept together, both his Axe and Armor wished to be reunited. Once Reunited, Obsidian would be able to take over whatever poor soul decided to dawn both items.
The creature slowly turns to shadow. The Armor and Axe losing their silvered and chrome looks. The shaft of the Great Axe blackens, and necrotic like veins start to spread out over the blades. The Armor loses it's simplified and almost non-descriptive looks. The shoulders become jagged, the plates sharpen overlapping one another. The face becomes covered by a thick black smoke, with burning embers replacing the original creatures eyes. The original creature's features are still present, but occasionally, the smoke seems to give way to a different creature all together under the black smoke. A Pale Eladrin can be seen, with Jet black hair, black veins spreading up it's neck and arms. The creature's height increases to 9' and becomes physically more built. No matter what, the creature becomes masculine in look.

The host slowly starts to fade from existence as soon as the aspect takes control. Items that are bond to the creature, curses, and other divine gifts and boons lose their affect. After the Host death, their fate lies tied to Obsidian's. If not revived within a day after their death, they will be removed from Time, and much like Obsidian, be forgotten to history. If revived, Obsidian will try to reform his physical form in the Ethereal Plane, using his armor and axe as focus for that. These items will instantly return to the place of Obsidian's death upon the revival of the host, which is the Grey Expanses of the Ethereal Plane.
