Circle of Mortality. Vhasak restores maximum possible HP on each dice (instead of rolling) with healing spells on creatures with 0 HP.
Hold Breath. Vhasak can hold its breath for 15 minutes.
Skewer. Once per turn, when Vhasak makes a melee attack with its trident and hits, the target takes an extra 11 (3d6) damage, and Vhasak gains temporary hit points equal to the extra damage dealt.
Spellcasting. Vhasak can cast spells. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). Vhasak has the following spells prepared:
At will: guidance, sacred flame, spare the dying
3/day each: bane, cure wounds, false life, gentle repose, guiding bolt, healing word, ray of enfeeblement
1/day each: blight, death ward, revivify, vampiric touch
Multiattack. Vhasak makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws or trident or two melee attacks with its trident.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage and (2d6) poison damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Trident. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft. or range 40/120 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage, or 7 (1d10 + 4) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.
Path of the Grave. As an action, Vhasak can curse one creature he can see within 30 of him until the end of his next turn. The next time you or an ally of yours hits the cursed creature with an attack, the creature has vulnerability to all of the attacks damage and then the curse ends. You can only use this once per long rest.
Sentinel at Death's Door. As a reaction, when Vhasak or a creature he can see within 30 feet of him suffers a critical hit, you can turn that hit into a normal hit. Any effects triggered by a critical hit are canceled. You can use this feature three times per long rest.
