Warforged Resilience. The warforged is immune to disease and magic can’t put it to sleep.
Supreme Sneak. The spymaster has advantage of Stealth checks.
Sneak Attack (1/Turn). The diplomat deals an extra 21 (7d6) damage when it hits a target with an attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or they are within 5 feet of the target with no other creatures within 5 feet, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of the envoy that isn't incapacitated and the envoy doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Reliable Talent. When the diplomat makes a skill check that it's proficient with, it can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Integrated Spellcasting. The spymaster uses an integrated magic item for spellcasting. It can cast the following spells:
At will: detect magic, mage hand(invisible), mending, prestidigitation
3/day each: dispel magic, invisibility, sending
1/day each: modify memory, teleport
Integrated Tool: Thieves' Tools (+17). The diplomat has thieves' tools integrated within it's body. It's proficiency with these tools is doubled.
Use Magic Device. The diplomat ignores all class, race, and level requirements when using/attuning to magic items.
Multiattack. The spymaster makes two attacks.
Psi Knife, +2. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 7) force or psychic damage.
Integrated Hand Crossbow, +2. Ranged Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 7) piercing damage.
Shadow Art (6/short rest). The Spymaster casts darkness, or pass without trace.
Attack. The spymaster makes an attack.
Cunning Action. The spymaster takes the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action. Alternatively they can make a (Sleight of Hand) check, use thieves' tools, or take the Use an Object action.
Shadow Step. If the spymaster is in an area of dim light or darkness, they can teleport to an unoccupied space that they see within 60 feet, that is also in dim light or darkness.
Protection. When an attacker the warforged can see makes an attack roll against a creature within 5 feet of the warforged, the warforged can impose disadvantage on the attack roll.
The spymaster can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The spymaster regains spent legendary actions at the start of their turn.
Attack. The spymaster makes an attack.
Quick Step. The spymaster uses shadow step, or moves up to half of it's movement.
Fast Casting (Costs 2 actions). The spymaster casts a spell using integrated spellcasting.
Description
A Spymaster is the a master of stealth and manipulation, able to avoid detection and the need for physical confrontation, but lethal if it were ever to come to that.
