Queen Mother (3 turn recharge). She can birth a Swarm of Blood Flies at half strength.
Swarm Queen. Telepathically controls Blood Flies with 45 feet to do her biding Blood Fly Warriors within 25 feet, queens will work together if their range over laps.
Needle. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d6) necrotic damage plus 3 (1d6) piercing damage.
Description
A massive mosquito in essence, she is about the size of a large dog. She can twist and convulse her blood sack to birth a Swarm of Blood Flies. This sack can also be pierced killing her almost instantly.
