Brood Mother (3 turn recharge). She can birth a Swarm of Blood Flies at full strength.
Swarm Matriarch. Telepathically controls Blood Flies within 90 feet to do her biding, and queens within 45 feet. Empresses will attempt to win control over their own swarm shop their ranges overlap.
Multiattack. The Empress can make two attacks per turn, one with her needle, another with her talons.

A massive mosquito in essence, she is about the size of a large dog. She can twist and convulse her blood sack to birth a Swarm of Blood Flies.
