Ajani, Sleeper Agent

Phyrexia Welcomes All. If Ajani reduces a creature to 0 hit points, it becomes unconscious but stable.

Watchful Eye, Sharpened Steel. Ajani and creatures within 10 feet of him cannot be surprised, and have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.

Multiattack. Ajani makes two Twin-Bladed Axe attacks.

Twin-Bladed Axe. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 4) slashing damage, plus 7 (2d6) poison damage.

Excise the Unworthy (1/Day). Ajani uses Multiattack, then chooses a creature he can see within 120 feet of him. That creature regains an amount of hit points equal to half the damage Ajani dealt with his attacks.

One Voice, One Pride (1/Rest). Ajani makes an exaltation of Phyrexian might. For the rest of the combat, three creatures of Ajani's choice (other than himself) that he can see within 60 feet of him can add 1d4 to their attack rolls, and to one damage roll they make on their turn.

Spellcasting. Ajani casts one of the following spells, using Wisdom as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 14):

At will: spare the dying

3/Day each: compelled duel, cure wounds (as a 3rd-level spell), lesser restoration

Phyrexia Fights As One!  Ajani commands up to two other creatures that can hear him to use their reaction to make one melee weapon attack against a creature of their choice.

Phyrexia's Might Courses Through You (1/Rest). Ajani lets out a terrifying roar. Creatures of his choice within 10 feet of him must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the end of his next turn.

No Phyrexian Fights Alone (3/Day). When another creature within 10 feet of Ajani takes damage, if his speed is not 0, Ajani can choose to move within 5 feet of the original target, taking the damage instead.
