Curse Bond. A Beezleband is bonded to a magical ring when created. Any creature attuned to the ring may use it as normal, however, they are considered cursed. The ring cannot be removed unless a greater restoration spell, or similar magic, is cast on the ring.
Fiendish Spy. The Beezleband reports the experiences of the attuned creature to it's rings creator whenever the creator demands. This information can be communicated telepathically as long as the Beezleband and it's creator are on the same plane of existence.
Whip Arms. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5ft., Hit: 2 (1d4) bludgeoning damage. The target must succeed on a DC 8 Constitution saving throw or become paralyzed for 1 minute. A paralyzed target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Description
A simple bauble, a tarnished family heirloom, a promise-band to a new love; the unassuming rings of burnished gold appear all over the material plane and few know of their Infernal origins.
Originally crafted by a greater devil, infusing the aspect of a Lemur and forged funerary gold dredged up from the River Styx. The rings are handed out to mortals as symbols of patronage, unbeknownst to them that their infernal masters use the gifts as tools of espionage.
To those that know the methods of it's arcane crafting, to summon this little surly mite of a devil, place the ring on a stone surface smeared with ash and the essence of a Lemure. The Beezleband devil will then grow within the ring, sullenly doing it's wearer's bidding as it waddles about complaining and flailing it's nerve-deadening whip-like arms.
