Ablative Shield: The Negator has an ablative shield that has 60 shield points, all damage is deducted from the shield before it takes damage. The shield is limited to a maximum of 90 shield points. When the Negator completes a long rest the shield is restored to 60 shield points.
Consume Shield: The Negator may use a bonus action to consume some of its shield, regaining hit points equal to the number of shield points consumed.
Absorb Magic. One target within 120 ft must succeed at a DC 16 Charisma Save, or become the center of a a 5 ft radius antimagic field. all spells are dispelled within the field and one magic item within the field (determine randomly if more than one, is drained of magic) if it is very rare or legendary the save is repeated after 24 hours, if it is legendary it is repeated after 7 days. Artifacts are immune. The Negator gains 5 ablative shield per spell level dispelled, and 25 ablative shield if a magic item is dispelled. The target may attempt a DC charisma save at the end of each turn to end the antimagic field,
Life Draining Ray. Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 100 ft., 1 target. Hit: (4d8+5) necrotic damage. The target must succeed at a DC 16 constitutions saving throw or gains a level of exhaustion. The Negator gains shield points equal to the damage dealt.
Counterspell: The Negator may cast counterspell as a 4th level spell, three times per long rest. The Negator gains 5 shield points per spell level of the spell countered.
Description
The Negator is a black floating mass, it is sustained by absorbing magic and life energy.
