Traits

Compleat Deliverance. Whenever Atraxa is hit three times by a creature, that creature makes a INT saving throw(DC 23). On a failure, the creature becomes infected with glistening oil or suffers one level of Phyresis if it is already infected. On a success, the damage is doubled against Atraxa and treated as though she doesn't have resistance to it, if applicable.

Fruit of Perfect Labor. Atraxa knows a lie when she hears it.

Legendary Resistance(3/day). Whenever Atraxa fails a saving throw, you may opt to do succeed instead.

Within Perfection, We are All Made Compleat.  Atraxa has an additional proficiency bonus equal to the highest proficiency bonus of a hostile creature within 60 ft. of her and has proficiency in the skills of that creature.

Praetor's Selection. Atraxa has a lance called Praetor's Select that remains with her, even after death.

Actions

Multiattack. Atraxa makes two attacks with Praetor's Selection and may make one additional action.

True Compleation of the Mind. Atraxa establishes a psychic link with a creature she can see within 120 ft. of her. If the creature is unwilling, they must make an INT saving throw (DC 16). On a failure, the link is established and on a success, the creature takes 2d4 psychic damage and has advantage on all rolls it's next turn. Once per turn, Atraxa may use the psychic link to influence a creature to accept perfection. Both the creature and Atraxa roll a d12 and the creature affected takes the effects determined by the roll. One rolls 1-3, the creature has disadvantage on saving throws until the end of it's next turn. Rolls 4-6 result in the creature suffering -2 to AC and to saving throws. Rolls 7-9 result in the creature in the creature losing proficiency in one skill or saving throw of it's choice. Rolls 10-12 have no effect. If the roll is the same for Atraxa and the linked creature, the link is severed and Atraxa takes 5d6 fire damage.

Voice for the Father of Machines. Creatures that can hear within 100 ft. of Atraxa make a CON saving throw (DC 20). On a failure, they take 3d12 psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next saving throw they make until the end of their next turn.

Praetor's Selection. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 23 (6d6 + 7) [piercing] damage.

Compleating Touch. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13(2d6 +1) necrotic damage. A creature hit this way makes a DEX saving throw (DC 19) or becomes infected with glistening oil. A creature already infected adds dice equal to level of Phyresis they suffer from.

Reactions

Perfection Returned. When a creature successfully makes an attack against Atraxa, you may use your reaction to make a Compleating Touch attack.

Upon Wings Perfected. Atraxa may move up to her flying speed.

Legendary Actions

Atraxa has 4 legendary actions that reset at the beginning of her turn.

Vorinclex's Suppression(N Actions). Creatures within 60 ft. of Atraxa cannot gain hit points or gain temporary hit points for N turns, where N is the number of actions spent this way.

Jin-Gitaxias's Test(N Actions). When a creature within 120 ft. of Atraxa casts a spell, they must make a saving throw using their spellcasting modifier(DC 20). On a failure, the spell takes an additional spell slot of that level if possible, if not possible, then it takes an additional spell slot of next lowest level. This ability lasts N turns, where N is the number of actions spent this way.

Sheoldred's Resourcefulness(N Actions). For the next N turns, when a creature dies within 60 ft. of Atraxa, Atraxa gains hit points equal to the amount of hit points that creature had at the start of it's last turn.

Elesh Norn's Authority(N Actions). Creatures that enter a space within 60 ft. of Atraxa must make a CON saving throw (DC 18) or have their ability scores temporarily lowered by 2 and be under the effects of slow. Creatures may repeat this saving throw to end the effects and on a success can't be affected by this until the next time Atraxa uses this ability. This effect lasts for N turns.

Description

Atraxa, Harbringer of Perfection is an angel that has undergone a process of phyresis and become compleated, part of the Phyrexian race. As the Voice of the Phyrexian Praetors, Atraxa has ascended to a higher level of power than an average Phyrexian and thus inflicts the homebrew mechanic of phyresis. She is a dangerous force on the battlefield and prioritizes the compleation and spread of Phyrexia.

(Note from creator, Phyresis is a homebrew mechanic, and in a later version of Atraxa, I will note how it works in this description, but I'm in the throughs of refining the process to be fair but unique)
