Vanimeldo's Throne.   Vanimeldo rides a pallanquin with 4 orc body guards underneath (4 orcs with cleavers each fixed together in a 10x10 but can attack an area of 20x20 they can only attack with their weapon arm and will fail their ability to hold Vanimeldo up if two or more are incapable of doing so in some affected manner. If pallanquin is immobilized then Vanimeldo and any on the pallanquin with him with be thrown prone if failed dex roll. 

Actions

Flying Obesity Obscenity. Vanimeldo is able to leap up to 30ft.

"OH GOOD GOD THE HORROR" slam. Melee Unarmed Attack: +3 to hit, reach 30 ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 3) [bludgeoning] damage. Strength saving throw DC 16 on fail knocked prone.

Exorcism Bile Bath Bomb. Ranged Projectile Attack: +3 to hit, range 30/60ft.,  targets. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 3) [poison] damage. Constitution saving throw DC 16 on success take half damage. On a failed save take damage and become inflicted with Maggot Infestation.

Gore Galore. Ranged Projectile Attack: +3 to hit, range 30/90 ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 3) [bludgeoning] damage.

Multi-Attack. Once per action can use two attacks simultaneously. 

Claws. Melee Slashing Attack. +3 to hit, range 5ft., 1 target. Hit 6 (1d8 + 3)[slashing] damage.

Bite. Melee Piercing Attack. +3 to hit, range 5ft., 1 target. Hit 6 (1d8 + 3) [piercing] damage.

Bonus Actions

Tasty Magical Treat. As a bonus action while in possession of a magical item, Vanimeldo can indulge in it's sweet magical delicacies in once swift gulp.  Once consumed the magic items ability is able to be used (1d4) per day.

Reactions

Greasy Bastard. Covered in gore, grease, oil, blood, and every other unimaginable liquid or matter, Vanimeldo can disengage from a fight and slide and slip 20ft out of range.

Handsy. Any player within 5ft has to make a contested dexterity roll, on fail Vanimeldo is able to pick and retrieve any magical item on their person. 

Legendary Actions

Legendary Action. Horrific Consumption. When Vanimeldos is next to a corpse, he is able to fully consume the body in one gulp. Regaining 1d10 health. Also, any player within 30ft of this action has to make a Wisdom Saving Throw DC 13. On fail, player becomes frightened. 

Description

Vanimeldo is one of the most wealthy individuals in the main trade city of Qelo with a population of over 1 million. (Secretly a Lower level Wendigo) a massive 500lbs 6’4” pale high elf. Morbidly obese. When “bloodied” he will undergo his transformation into his Wendigo form. 7’ oily black monstrous version of himself with a wide and crooked mouth. 800lbs of slick swollen fatty and cancerous skin. The stomach itself writhes and flinches like a tongue. 

Lair and Lair Actions

“Vomitorium” or converted bathhouse filled with piss shit vomit congealed blood and various body matter and bones. Clouds of flies fill the area. This is where Vanimeldo likes to eat.

Lair Actions

On initiative count 1d4 (losing initiative ties), the [Vanimeldo] takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; [Veldimeldo] can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Exorcism Bile Bath Bomb. While in bathhouse this attack can inflict Maggot Infestation. DC CON save 13. 1d4 Necrotic Damage per Round until Success on DC Save. 
  • Bloody, Slippery, Gory Terrain. Players either take half speed or DEX save DC 13 to obtain full movement without slipping. [Veldimeldo] isn't affected by the terrain.

If the [Vanimeldo] dies, these effects fade over the course of 1d20 days.
