Ceaseless Assembly. When activated, the Bone Binder creates 1d2 skeletons that appear in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of it at the start of each of its turns. The Bone Binder's creator can activate or deactivate it with a bonus action. Casting dispel magic causes the Bone Binder to be inactive for 1d6 rounds. If the Bone Binder is destroyed, all of the skeletons it has created are destroyed as well.
Creator Link. If the Bone Binder's creator dies, the Bone Binder immediately drops to 0 hit points and is destroyed.
Special Materials. If a humanoid creature dies within 10 feet of the Bone Binder, it rises at the start of the Bone Binder's next turn as a skeleton or zombie (DMs discretion) under the control of the Bone Binder's creator. While reanimated in this way, the creature retains its ability scores, as well as any spellcasting or class features. If the Bone Binder is destroyed, the creature is rendered incapacitated, and can be affected by resurrection magic.
Necrotic Lance. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 60 feet, one target. Hit: 11 (2d10) necrotic damage, and the target's hit point maximum is reduced by half the damage taken (rounded down), until they finish a long rest.
Description
Subject 1: Skeletal Swarm (CR 2, Ghosts of Saltmarsh)
Subject 2: SCP-744: Assembly Required (Object Class: Euclid)
On one hand, a small army of reanimated skeletons. On the other, a haunted factory that produces a random object once every 56 hours. Both of these come together to form the Bone Binder, a semi-sentient construct infused with necrotic energy. Many a necromancer with dwindling supplies may employ the use of a Bone Binder and it's magical properties of endlessly dispensing skeletons until deactivated. What was once a few undead creatures may become an entire legion.
Anyway, have a great day and enjoy!
