Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Zuggtmoy fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. Zuggtmoy has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Mind Control Spores (Recharge 5–6). Zuggtmoy releases spores that burst out in a cloud that fills a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on her, and it lingers for 1 minute. Humanoids and Beasts in the cloud when it appears, or that enter it later, must make a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw. On a successful save, a creature can’t be infected by these spores for another round. On a failed save, the creature is infected with a disease called 'Influence of Zuggtmoy' for 24 hours. While infected in this way, the creature is charmed by her and can’t be reinfected by these spores.
Avatar of Zuggtmoy can make either 2 melee attacks or one melee attack and one ranged attack or use it's Mind Control Spores.
Action Melee Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) poison damage. On hit target must make a DC 14 Con save or take an additional 2d12 necrotic damage
Action Ranged Attack. RangedWeapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 10/25 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) Piercing damage. On hit target must make a DC 15 Strength Save or be pulled towards the creature up to 25 ft, Avatar of Zuggtmoy then can make one melee attack at advantage.
Protective Thrall. When Zuggtmoy is hit by an attack roll, one creature within 10 feet of her that is charmed by her is hit by the attack instead.
Attack (Costs 1 action). Avatar of Zuggtmoy will make an attack against one target
Summon Myconid Slave (Costs 2 Actions). A Myconid spawns and rushes all characters they need to make a DC 12 Dex save or take 3d4 damage and will be restrained until the start of their turn, on a save the characters will take 2d4 damage and not be restrained.
Petal Dance (Costs 3 Actions). Can only be be activated when Avatar is at half health or lower. Avatar of Zuggtmoy melee attacks up to 7 targets. Movement does not trigger opportunity attacks.
