Fog: The Vampiric Pigeon can create a 20-foot-radius sphere of fog centered on a point within range. The sphere spreads around corners, and its area is heavily obscured. It lasts for a duration of 1hour or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.
Hypnosis: When the Vampiric Pigeon looks into the eyes of a sentient creature, that creature must make a Wisdom Saving Throw DC 18. If the creature fails the save, they are under the control of the Vampiric Pigeon. They can make a saving throw at the beginning of their turn to break the effect.
Summon Predators: Once per day, the Vampiric Pigeon can summon 1d6+1 predatory animals that are native to the area the Vampiric Pigeon is in.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage and 1d4 Necrotic damage. Blood Drain: The victim of a Vampiric Pigeon's bite suffers their max hit points being reduced by 1d4 points. These hit points will be recovered after a long rest.
