Traits

Siphon. Every time vampire space clown deals damage with its bite attack it heals 1d4 health from that attack

Spider Climb. The vampire can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Vampire Weaknesses. The vampire has the following flaws:

Forbiddance. The vampire can't enter a residence without an invitation from one of the occupants.

Harmed by Running Water. The vampire takes 20 acid damage when it ends its turn in running water.

Stake to the Heart. The vampire is destroyed if a piercing weapon made of natural substance, i.e. wood or vines, is driven into its heart while it is incapacitated in its resting place.

Sunlight Hypersensitivity. The vampire takes 20 radiant damage when it starts its turn in sunlight. While in sunlight, it has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.

Dying Burst. When the clown drops to 0 hit points, it pops like a balloon, releasing a splash of putrid, corrosive ichor. Each creature within 5 feet of the clown when it bursts must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Only if it dies by radiant damage does this take place.

Actions

Multiattack. The vampire makes two attacks, only one of which can be a bite attack.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) slashing damage.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage.

Ray Gun. Ranged Spell Attack: +5 to hit, range 120 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (2d6) psychic damage, and if the target is a Humanoid with an Intelligence score of 3 or higher, it must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target perceives everything it sees or hears as hilariously funny and is incapacitated for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Spellcasting. The clown casts one of the following spells, requiring no material components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability:

At will: friends, mage hand, prestidigitation

1/day each: mirror image, Invisibility (Self only)

Bonus Actions

Phantasmal Form (3/Day). The clown veils itself and everything it is wearing and carrying in an illusion that makes it look like some other creature of its size or smaller (such as a child) or an object small enough to fit in the clown’s space (such as a floating balloon). Maintaining this effect requires the clown’s concentration (as if concentrating on a spell), and the illusion fails to hold up to physical inspection. As an action, a creature that can see the clown’s illusory form can make a DC 15 Wisdom (Insight) check, piercing the illusion and discerning the clown’s true form on a success.

Reactions

Hungry Reflex. As a reaction the Vampire Space Clown can make a single attack against the last creature within 5ft that managed to deal damage that turn. see "Claws." for attack and damage rolls.

Description

Vampire Space Clown is a Space Clown that has been further mutated by eating the body of a vampire and were turned. This turning has taken what was once a semi crazy desire to eat the living intelligent creature into a downright demonic need to feed, it has become a hungry frenzied monster that neither of their predecessors can stand. They will attack the Vampire Space Clown, they generally congregate in groups to attack and feed in a safer method, assuming they can manage to avoid being eaten themselves. They wear clown shoes and Space Clown make-up but they only difference is they clearly have sharpened teeth meant to pierce and tare the flesh from bone of their victims.
