Spellcasting:
Adalina Bellbrook can cast bard spells using CHA as her spellcasting modifier (Spell DC 13, Spell Attack +5) and bard spells as rituals if they have the ritual tag. She uses a trombone as a spellcasting focus.
Cantrips: Friends, minor illusion
1st level Spells: Animal Friendship, Charm Person Comprehend Languages, Disguise Self, Silent Image
2nd level spells: Animal Friendship, Charm Person, Nathair's Mischief
As a bonus action, a creature (other than Adalina Bellbrook) within 60 ft. that can hear her gains an inspiration die (1d6). For 10 minutes, the creature can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome. This can be used once per long rest.
Adalina Bellbrook can add half her proficiency bonus, rounded down ( +1 ), to any ability check she makes that doesn’t already include it.
If Adalina or any friendly creatures who can hear her performance regain hit points at the end of the short rest by spending one or more Hit Dice, each of those creatures regains an extra 1d6 hit points.
As a reaction when a creature (that's not immune to being charmed) Adalina can see within 60 ft. makes an attack roll or saving throw, she can expend one use of Bardic Inspiration, roll the die, and subtract the number from the creature's roll. She can do so after the roll but before knowing the result.
You add your CHA modifier (+3) to initiative rolls.
When Adalina rolls a 1 on the d20 for an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, she can reroll the die and must use the new roll.
Adalina has advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
Adalina can move through the space of any creature that is of a size larger than hers.
Adalina can attempt to hide even when she is obscured only by a creature that is at least one size larger than her.
Multiattack. Adalina Bellbrook makes two Squeaky hammer or trombome attacks. She can replace one attack with a use of Spellcasting.
Squeaky hammer. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
Trombone (Recharge 4–6). Each creature in a 15-foot line originating from Adalina must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 9 (2d8) thunder damage and is pushed up to 10 feet away from Adalina. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn’t pushed.
Adalina Bellbrook can cast bard spells using CHA as her spellcasting modifier (Spell DC 13, Spell Attack +5) and bard spells as rituals if they have the ritual tag. She uses a trombone as a spellcasting focus.

Cheerful banter (2/Day). Adalina targets one creature within 30 feet of it. If the target can hear her, the target must succeed on a DC 12 Charisma saving throw or have disadvantage on ability checks, attack rolls, and saving throws until the start of the bard’s next turn, as they are distracted.
Description
Adalina Bellbrook is a 25 year old Halfling clown, from the Bellbrook acting troupe, owned by her father, Papa Bellbrook. The oldest child of the family, she was five years older than her sister, Amelia Bellbrook, and ten years older than her adopted goblin sister, Bogus Pogus.
The three sisters became clowns, and traveled the world with their circus, eventually reaching the Radiant citadel, where they permanently set up shop, as the multidimensional travelers would stop and see their novelty show.
