Special Equipment. Actor has a series of stolen magic items that he uses in combat.
Adamantine Breastplate. Actor has an adamantine breastplate, all critical hits scored against him deal normal damage.
Cubic Gate (3/day). Actor can use his cubic gate to cast the plane shift, or gate spell.
Cloak Pin of Myriad Fashions: When Actor uses its ability to change shape, it can change the appearance of its clothing as well.
Cloak of Protection. Actor has a cloak of protection, granting him a +1 bonus to AC. (Included in AC).
Veil of the Mountebank (1/day): Actor can cast dimension door.
Clockwork Amulet (1/day). Actor has a clockwork amulet, with which he can determine the result of an ability check, attack roll, or ability check. The result will always be as if the d20 roll resulted in a 10.
Figurine (1/5 days). Actor has a figurine of wondrous power (bronze griffon) he can use to summon a griffon for 6 hours.
Jeweled Scarab (1/week). Actor has a Jeweled Scarab that acts as a Horn of Valhalla (Bronze) he can use it to summon (4d4+4) jackal headed warrior spirits using the berserker statblock, under Actors control.
Rapier of Displacement. As a free action, Actor can speak the command word for his rapier, causing it to become invisible. He can as part of his same activation cause his arm to become invisible, creating an illusory duplicate of his arm, and the sword. When he activates the rapier, all of his Rapier attacks are made at advantage, rolling 3d20, and selecting the highest result.
Gem of Elemental Command: Actor can summon an Elemental as if using the spell conjure elemental. Once used this Gem is destroyed.
Feather Token (Tree): Actor can as an action to consume the feather token to create a nonmagical tree with a 5ft radius, and a 60ft height.
Evasion. If Actor is subjected to an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, he instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw and only half damage if he fails, provided Actor isn’t incapacitated.
Change Appearance. Actor can use its action to polymorph into a Small or Medium humanoid he has seen, or back into his true form. His statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment he is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. He reverts to its true form if he dies.
Detect Changeling. At the start of Actors turn, he can choose to activate, sustain, or deactivate a low power psionic signal identifying itself to any changeling within 60ft.
Read Thoughts. Actor psionically reads the surface thoughts of one creature within 60 feet of it. The effect can penetrate barriers, but 3 feet of wood or dirt, 2 feet of stones, 2 inches of metal or a thin sheet of lead blocks it. While the target is in range, Actor can continue reading its thoughts as long as the his concentration isn't broken (as if concentrating on a spell). While reading the target's mind, Actor has advantage on Wisdom (Insight) and Charisma (Deception, Intimidation, and Persuasion) checks against the target.
Rapier of Displacement. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8+6) piercing damage, plus 42 (12d6) poison damage.
Innate Spellcasting. Actor can cast the following spells without components, using Charisma as his spellcasting modifier. (+9 to hit with spell attack, spell save DC 17).
1/day inflict wounds, Invisibility
Cunning Action. Actor takes the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.
Potion of Fire Breathing (3/day). Actor has a potion of fire breath. A creature that Actor chooses must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) on a failure, and half as much as a success.
Uncanny Dodge. Actor halves the damage that he takes from an attack that hits it. He must be able to see the attacker.
