Description
In the land of Graal, a massive cult worships a massive undead mummified dragon named Anoth-Zuul. The cult's leader, Revora, commands the massive dragon and convinces the members of the cult that their group works to balance power all across Graal. However, Revora actually has suprisingly power-hungry plans for the land she seemingly intends to "balance".
Though most of the cult's members are humans, some are half-elves, half-orcs, kenkus, and even githyanki. The cult also welcomes monstrous humanoids into its ranks, such as kobolds, goblinoids, orcs, yuan-ti purebloods, and lizardfolk, a long with legions of intelligent undead. Sometimes monstrous humanoids will be allowed to rank up as cultists (use the same statistics except add the Anoth-Zuul Cultist spell list), allowing Revora to add even more magical and physical might against those she wishes destroyed.
