Multiattack. Arthur makes two Staff Attacks or a use of Spellcasting.
Staff. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (1d8 + 11) bludgeoning damage plus 21 (6d6) piercing damage.
Spellcasting. Arthur casts one of the following spells, using Wisdom as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 20):
At will: druidcraft, fire bolt, mirror image
3/day each: conjure woodland beings, dominate beast, guiding bolt(5th level), tree stride
1/day each: shapechange (as an action), heal
Change Shape (2/Day). Arthur magically transforms into a Beast or an Elemental (2 uses) with a challenge rating of 6 or less and can remain in that form for up to 9 hours. They can choose whether their equipment falls to the ground, melds with their new form, or is worn by the new form. They revert to their true form if they die or fall unconscious. They can revert to their true form using a bonus action.
While in a new form, their stat block is replaced by the stat block of that form, except they keep their current hit points, their hit point maximum, this bonus action, and their languages and ability to speak
The new form’s attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances and immunity to nonmagical attacks.
Spellcasting. Arthur uses a spell from their spell list.
Retreat. Arthur can use their flock of pigeons to fly half their movement speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Summon Familiar. If Arthur is within 30ft of an ally, they can teleport that ally from their space to an unoccupied space up to 60ft away.
Description
When Arthur uses their Change Shape action, you may choose the creature they turn into, abiding by the action’s restrictions. Or you may roll on Arthur’s Favored Shapes table to determine the form they adopt. These creatures appear in the Monster Manual, unless otherwise noted.
