Spellcasting. Alces is a 20th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 20, +10 to hit with spell attacks). Alces has the following Wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Light, Mold Earth, Message, Mending

2nd level (3 slots): Hold Person, Suggestion.
3rd level (2 slots): Vampiric Touch, Major Image.

When in Human form, Alces can only use spellcasting to attack.

After attacking as a bonus action, Alces can move up to half his movement speed away from the creature he hit without provoking opportunity attacks.
As a bonus action Alces can turn into a Huge Moose, or a human-Moose hybrid. In the human-moose hybrid, Alces will get the attack options of a Giant Elk, but his stats will stay the same. While as a Huge Moose, Alces will get the attack options of a Giant Elk, but her stats will be the same.
Mass Manipulator (Costs 1 Actions). Alces uses his talents as a manipulator to charm all creatures within 120ft of him. When he uses this legendary action, all creatures in range must make a DC 20 Wisdom save or become charmed by Alces. While charmed in this manner, Alces can have all affected creatures do whatever he wishes. The charm ends when the creature takes damage, they succeed on a saving throw, or Alces is made unconscious. The DC reduces by 1 after each failure. This action can be used once every 1d12 days.
