Justice. The divine staff of Valdon, forged in the raging flames of the underworld, uses the wielder's dexterity to attack. Containing ancient powers, Justice deals 2d10 slashing damage and 2d8 force damage.
Multiattack. Valdon makes six attacks with Justice.
Justice. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 20 (2d10 + 10) slashing + 9 (2d8) force damage.
Opportunity Attack. A single attack made with a melee weapon, which Valdon can only take if an enemy moves out of his reach when he is wielding a melee weapon.
Valdon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Valdon regains spent legendary actions after each long rest.
Draconic Resilience. Valdon's max HP increases by 20. When he isn't wearing armor, his AC equals 22.
Godly Power (Costs 2 Actions). Valdon regains a spell slot of 2nd level or lower.
