Indestructible Gut. Upchuck can consume anything and obtain proper nutrients and caloric value from it, even if this violates the known laws of physics.
Multiattack. Upchuck makes three attacks with its tongues, uses Reel, and then uses its Bite or Swallow attack.
Tongue. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 30 ft., one creature. Hit: The target is grappled (escape DC 14). Until the grapple ends, the target is restrained and has disadvantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws, and Upchuck can't use the same tendril on another target. Upchuck has 3 tongues to use.
Reel. Upchuck pulls each creature grappled by it up to 15 feet straight toward it.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) piercing damage.
Swallow. Upchuck makes one bite attack against a Large or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed, transported to Upchuck's trans-space bladder dimension, and the grapple ends. The swallowed target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside Upchuck, and it takes 5 (2d4) force damage at the start of each of Upchuck's turns. If Upchuck dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using half of its movement, exiting prone. If a target is killed or otherwise destroyed while swallowed, it is absorbed, leaving no body, and its Upchuck! ability recharges.
Upchuck! (Recharge after successful Swallow). Upchuck exhales energy in a 60-foot line that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (5d8) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
