Keen Smell. The albatross has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Difficult Takeoff. The albatross can only take flight, by taking the dash action and moving at least 15 ft. In a strait line.
Sustained Flight. The albatross can sustain its flight to traverse the sea. If the albatross is in flight it can glide through the air falling 1 ft. for every 25 ft. traveled and can use air currents to regain altitude.
Sailor's Omen. The albatross can be a symbol of both fortune and disaster. If a creature kills the albatross it must succeed a DC 15 Charisma save. On a successful save the creature is considered encumbered reducing it's movement by 10 ft. On a failed save the creature is heavily encumbered, which means it's speed drops by 20 feet and has disadvantage on ability checks, attack rolls, and saving throws that use Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution. The creature can make the save again each day and is freed from the curse after three successes or through the use of spells like Lesser Restoration.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 slashing damage.
Description
